    Join HoH Board members Britt Lake and Carol Milam for yoga classes this August.  Support your body and our trails.      Britt Lake is teaching a four-week mobility series on Mondays at Noon on Aug. 4, 11, 18, and 25.  This series focuses on enhancing joint mobility and increasing range of motion.

This spring Heart of the Highlands (HoH) has been working on the Dobbin House trails in Blackwater Falls State Park.  HoH joined forces with Mon Forest Towns in developing plans with the National Forest Service for approved trail work in this area.  Over 57 volunteer hours of work have been accomplished including trail re-routes, drainage

Heart of the Highlands ended our scheduled trail work season with over 550 hours of trail work accomplished by more than 50 volunteers.  A sincere thank you to our volunteers and trail stewards.  Please celebrate our 2024 trail work season at the “Friends of the Trails” appreciation party sponsored by Blackwater Bicycle Assn. on Nov.

Greens, wire, rings and techniques are provided. You bring extra colorful decorations to garnish your creation. Bring spare greens to share as well.  Donations benefit Heart Of the Highlands Trail Network in Davis this year.
